About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and positive Project Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping projects moving, communicating with multiple team members and vendors, and making sure the details are handled from start to finish.
The Project Coordinator will play an important role in supporting the team through the build and installation process by coordinating shipments, scheduling site installations, maintaining accurate project information, and helping ensure the entire team stays organized and on schedule.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate shipments, deliveries, and logistics related to projects
- Coordinate and schedule site installations with clients, vendors, and internal team members
- Keep project management systems and software up to date to ensure the team has accurate, timely information
- Help track project timelines and follow up on outstanding tasks to keep builds and installations on schedule
- Manage and maintain inventory, including tracking materials and supplies
- Communicate project updates and important information across the team
- Assist with day-to-day project coordination and administrative tasks
- Identify potential scheduling or logistical issues and help find solutions
- Maintain a high level of organization across multiple projects and priorities
- Travel occasionally as needed for project-related responsibilities
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in project coordination, construction, design, operations, or a related field
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and follow-through
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities at once
- Proficiency with Monday.com, Slack, and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills and systems
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness and ability to travel occasionally, as needed
