DASH Personal Training (DASH-PT) is a national luxury personal training company delivering one-on-one personal training and nutrition coaching directly to residents of luxury apartment communities across the United States.

If you're currently working as a General Manager, Personal Training Manager, Fitness Director, Membership Director, or Fitness Sales Manager and are tired of spending 60+ hours per week inside a gym, this may be the opportunity you've been looking for.
At DASH-PT, our Area Vice Presidents help build and grow their local market by conducting fitness consultations, educating prospective clients about our services, and helping individuals begin their fitness journey.

Unlike traditional gym management roles, Area Vice Presidents work within their local market rather than spending their day inside a health club. Team members begin their day with a virtual team meeting and then spend the majority of their time conducting consultations, meeting prospective clients, and supporting local market growth.
Compensation includes a monthly base plus uncapped commissions and performance bonuses. Top performers have the opportunity to significantly exceed six-figure earnings. Our low-overhead business model allows us to offer substantially stronger commissions and bonuses than traditional fitness facilities.

- Conduct fitness consultations with prospective clients
- Educate clients on DASH-PT programs and services
- Guide clients toward the program that best supports their goals
- Build awareness of DASH-PT throughout the local market
- Develop relationships within luxury apartment communities
- Support market growth and expansion initiatives
- Deliver a professional, consultative client experience
- Represent the DASH-PT brand with professionalism and integrity
