We are an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) operating out of the Amazon delivery station in Bayonne, NJ. Our team delivers Amazon packages throughout the area while focusing on safety, reliability, and providing a great customer experience.
We are looking for a dependable, organized, and motivated Dispatcher / Delivery Operations Coordinator to help manage our daily operations. This position is based at our Bayonne delivery station and is responsible for monitoring and supporting our drivers and couriers throughout the day.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can multitask, solve problems quickly, and help keep a fast-paced delivery operation running smoothly.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily delivery and dispatch operations
- Monitor driver and courier routes, progress, and performance throughout the day
- Provide drivers with real-time support and help resolve delivery-related issues
- Maintain consistent communication with drivers, management, and Amazon operations teams
- Identify route or operational problems and work quickly to find solutions
- Assist with morning dispatch, vehicle loading, and route preparation
- Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and driver performance information
- Help ensure drivers follow company safety policies and operational procedures
- Assist management with maintaining an efficient, organized, and professional delivery operation
- Maintain fleet records and coordinate service, repairs, and other work performed on company vehicles
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-moving environment
- Comfortable using computers, mobile applications, and dispatch technology
- Previous experience in dispatch, transportation, logistics, customer service, or management is preferred
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
- Strong leadership skills and a team-focused attitude
- Must successfully complete all required pre-employment screening and verification, which may include motor vehicle record checks, references, and other applicable requirements
- Must be able to successfully complete a road test while operating company vehicles

Schedule:
Weekends are required.
We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their responsibilities, communicates effectively with drivers and management, and can help keep our operation running smoothly from morning dispatch through the end of the delivery day.
