Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the hardscape construction crew to ensure seamless project execution and adherence to high-quality standards.
- Coordinate and participate in the construction of retaining walls, pavers, patios, and hardscape elements.
- Oversee the installation of softscape elements, including trees, shrubs, flowers, sod, and irrigation systems.
- Collaborate with the team and ensure adherence to project timelines and client specifications.
- Operate heavy machinery and power tools, including trucks and skid steers, safely and efficiently.
- Perform snow removal tasks in the winter: plow, salt, or service walkways
- Interact professionally with clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with completed projects.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in hardscape construction, with expertise in retaining walls, pavers, concrete, and softscape installations.
- General knowledge of horticulture.
- Ability to operate heavy machinery and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Physical stamina and effective teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to lead a crew and adapt to challenges and unforeseen circumstances.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $33.00 - $42.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 50 per week
