Registered Nurse (RN) – USVI Outpatient Clinic
Essential Healthcare Solutions LLC is supporting Pinnacle Solutions & Consulting Group (PSCG). We are seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our growing low-acuity outpatient clinic in the U.S. Virgin Islands (USVI). RNs will provide high-quality, patient-centered care under the direction of the Clinic Medical Director while supporting the development of a new healthcare initiative.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive and focused patient assessments, including vital signs, history, and triage
- Determine patient acuity and escalate care when needed
- Administer medications, immunizations, and IV therapy within scope of practice
- Perform clinical procedures such as wound care, EKGs, phlebotomy, catheterization, and point-of-care testing
- Provide patient education on diagnoses, medications, and follow-up care
- Respond to clinical changes and initiate emergency protocols as appropriate
- Coordinate care, referrals, diagnostics, and follow-up appointments
- Accurately document all patient care in the electronic health record (EHR)
- Support infection control, safety standards, and clinic compliance requirements
- Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff in a team-based environment
Qualifications:

Active, unencumbered RN license (USVI license or eligibility by endorsement required)
- Graduation from an accredited ADN or BSN program (BSN preferred)
- Current AHA BLS certification (ACLS/PALS preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience preferred (urgent care, ED, or outpatient experience highly desirable; new grads may be considered)
- Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
Location: U.S. Virgin Islands
Pay: $37.00-$41.00
