We are seeking an experienced, data-driven Ecommerce Marketing Manager to lead the growth and marketing of our ecommerce brands. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in online retail, digital marketing, and marketplace management, with a proven ability to drive traffic, improve conversion rates, and increase online sales.
This is a hands-on role that combines strategic planning with day-to-day execution, working closely with internal teams to optimize marketing performance across Shopify, Amazon, and other ecommerce sales channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the marketing strategy and performance of ecommerce products across Shopify, Amazon Seller Central (FBA), and other online marketplaces.
- Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns to increase traffic, customer acquisition, and revenue across Shopify and marketplace channels.
- Oversee Shopify storefront merchandising, product launches, promotions, and conversion rate optimization.
- Manage Amazon FBA listings, content optimization, advertising campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Monitor and optimize website performance, user experience, and checkout conversion within Shopify.
- Analyze marketing and sales data using Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, and other reporting tools to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the in-house AI team to document, automate, and improve ecommerce marketing workflows and processes.
- Work with internal design and development teams to build and enhance Shopify stores, landing pages, and additional ecommerce sales channels.
- Manage SEO, email marketing, paid search, paid social, and customer retention initiatives.
- Track marketing KPIs and prepare regular performance reports with recommendations for improvement.
- Stay current with ecommerce trends, Shopify updates, Amazon marketplace changes, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Ecommerce, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in ecommerce marketing, preferably in a management or lead role.
- Hands-on experience managing Shopify stores, including merchandising, analytics, and app integrations.
- Strong experience with Amazon Seller Central, Amazon FBA, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.
- Solid understanding of SEO, PPC, email marketing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and customer acquisition.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product managers.
- Knowledge of AI tools and their application within ecommerce marketing is an advantage.

The Ecommerce Marketing Manager will report directly to the Vice President of Marketing and will work closely with the leadership, AI, development, and creative teams to drive continued ecommerce growth across Shopify, Amazon, and future ecommerce platforms.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
