About the Role
We are seeking dedicated Packing Associates to join our operations in Holley, NY, 14470. If you are a motivated professional who excels in high-energy settings and values high-quality output, this is the perfect opportunity for you. You will be instrumental in the precise and timely preparation of our products for shipment to our customers. We are currently hiring for both day shifts (6am-6:30pm) and night shifts (6pm-6:30am). Key Duties

Ensure all items are boxed precisely in alignment with our established quality benchmarks.

Examine goods for any imperfections while verifying that all tags and records are correct.

Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by keeping the workstation tidy and orderly.

Work alongside colleagues to achieve our collective daily output targets.

Support inventory control efforts by monitoring and documenting current stock quantities.

Adhere to all established safety guidelines to prevent workplace accidents.

Engage in ongoing training to refine your packing methods and deepen your understanding of our product line.
Requirements

A high school diploma or its equivalent is preferred.

Previous background in warehouse operations or packing roles is advantageous.

Demonstrate a high level of precision and the ability to execute tasks exactly as directed.

Show an aptitude for working productively within a collaborative group setting.

Possess the physical endurance required to lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs.

Utilize foundational computer skills to manage inventory data and generate reports.

Maintain the availability to work rotating schedules, which may include weekend shifts.
