Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents and guests. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of residential or commercial spaces, ensuring all areas meet high standards of hygiene and appearance. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors using appropriate floor care techniques.
- Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and disinfected according to health standards, including bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing with care.
- Maintain cleanliness of carpets through professional carpet cleaning methods and equipment.
- Prepare meals or assist with basic cooking tasks as needed to support residents’ or guests’ needs.
- Manage custodial tasks including waste disposal, replenishing supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment in excellent condition.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing residents’ or guests’ requests promptly and professionally.
- Follow safety protocols and proper sanitation procedures to promote a healthy environment for all occupants.
- Assist with housekeeping management tasks when required, including scheduling cleaning routines and supervising other staff members.
Experience
- Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of janitorial practices, sanitation standards, and proper use of cleaning chemicals.
- Experience with laundry operations and fabric care techniques.
- Background in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is advantageous.
- Familiarity with floor care equipment such as buffers or steam cleaners is beneficial.
- Previous experience in housekeeper management or supervising cleaning staff is a plus.

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
