CR3 American Exteriors is seeking an experienced Roofing & Siding Project Manager to oversee residential exterior remodeling projects from start to finish.
This is an operations-focused position—not a sales role. You'll manage production, coordinate crews, order materials, perform quality inspections, complete minor repairs, and ensure every homeowner receives a five-star experience.

Responsibilities
- Manage residential roofing and siding projects from start to finish
- Schedule jobs and coordinate subcontractor crews
- Order roofing, siding, gutter, and accessory materials
- Verify deliveries and ensure projects are ready for installation
- Perform pre-installation, in-progress, and final quality inspections
- Communicate project updates with homeowners throughout construction
- Perform minor roofing and siding repairs as needed
- Manage warranty and service work
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to CR3 quality standards
- Maintain project documentation, photos, and updates in the company CRM
- Conduct final walkthroughs and ensure complete customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- 3+ years of roofing, siding, or exterior remodeling experience preferred
- Previous project management or production management experience
- Knowledge of residential roofing and siding installation practices
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable climbing ladders and inspecting roofs
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
