Join Our Team as a Business Intelligence Specialist
As a Business Intelligence Specialist, you will transform data into meaningful insights through dashboards, reports, and visualizations that help business leaders make informed decisions. You'll partner with stakeholders across the organization to develop reporting solutions using Power BI, Snowflake, SAP HANA, SQL, and related technologies.
What You'll Do

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models.

Extract, transform, and integrate data from multiple sources.

Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and business insights.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver solutions.

Improve reporting accuracy, performance, and automation.

Support data governance, security, and self-service analytics initiatives.

Train and support users on BI tools and reporting solutions.

Maintain documentation and stay current on BI technologies and best practices.
What We're Looking For

Strong Power BI, SQL, and data visualization skills.

Experience with Snowflake and SAP HANA environments.

Understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and analytics best practices.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Experience supporting business users and delivering actionable insights.
Experience & Education

5-8 years of IT, Business Intelligence, or Analytics experience.

3-5 years developing reports and dashboards using Power BI or similar tools.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Work Environment
This hybrid position supports both remote and in-office work, with occasional travel between Nashville, TN and Sidney, OH. Candidates should maintain a professional home office environment and be comfortable collaborating across multiple business functions.
