About Us
Itaya Building Supply LLC is a growing building materials supplier serving contractors, builders, cabinet shops, remodelers, and homeowners in the Greater Houston area. We specialize in plywood, cabinets, flooring, quartz countertops, MDF, and other building materials. We are looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to help expand our customer base and build long-term relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop new business through cold calling, job site visits, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, cabinet shops, remodelers, and commercial customers.
- Meet with customers to understand their project needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Prepare quotes, follow up on leads, and close sales.
- Coordinate with the office and warehouse to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain customer records and sales activities in CRM or company system.
- Stay informed about products, pricing, and market trends.
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience preferred (building materials, construction, lumber, cabinets, flooring, roofing, or related industries is a plus).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Chinese) is a plus but not required.
