Direct care professionals at ACR Homes and Arthur's Senior Care are generally based in one home according to their availability and pre-scheduled monthly for 38-40 hours/week. Hours that could be available include day shifts (6am-9am, 6am-2pm), evening shifts (2pm-10pm/3pm-11pm), overnight shifts (10pm-6am or 11pm-7am) and a fair share of weekend shifts. Openings vary per home and geographical region. Some employees choose to work a variety of shifts.

Rate of Pay:
$18.25-$20.25/hour for day and evening shifts-dependent on placement location's rate exception differential, if applicable
$20.50-$22.50/hour for weekend shifts-dependent on placement location's rate exception differential, if applicable
$20.50-$22.50/hour for weekday awake overnight shifts-dependent on placement location's rate exception differential, if applicable
$22.75-$24.75/hour for weekend awake overnight shifts (Friday & Saturday)-dependent on placement location's rate exception differential, if applicable
Initial Training pay is $16.25/hour
