About the Role
As a Part-Time Baker at Bestow, you'll support daily production by preparing, baking, and organizing products with care and consistency. You'll work alongside our Lead Baker and team to make sure our bakery case is stocked, our orders are fulfilled, and our kitchen stays clean and running smoothly.
Schedule
Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday — 7:00am to 2:00pm
About You
- You have some baking experience, ideally in a commercial or production kitchen
- You're comfortable following recipes and prep lists with accuracy and consistency
- You're dependable, show up on time, and take your responsibilities seriously
- You can lift and move ingredients and supplies up to 50 lbs
- You're a team player who communicates well and pitches in wherever needed
- You follow food safety and sanitation standards without being reminded
- Cupcake decorating experience is a bonus — we'd love to know if that's in your toolkit!
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily bake-off of cupcakes, cookies, and other bakery items
- Prepare and portion doughs, batters, and fillings according to Bestow's standards
- Bake and store cake layers for the decorating team
- Maintain freshness, rotation, and quality of all baked goods
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Follow daily prep lists and production schedules
- Support the team in meeting quality and production timelines
Compensation
$11.00–$12.00/hr depending on experience, plus tip share. Tip share typically adds $1–$2 per hour to take-home pay.
Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 18.0 – 24.0 per week
