We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring an exceptional experience for every visitor. Your energy and commitment to quality will help create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.
<Duties>
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public spaces according to hotel standards
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish supplies such as towels and toiletries
- Perform floor care tasks including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning to maintain pristine surfaces
- Ensure all areas are well-maintained by conducting regular inspections for cleanliness and safety
- Handle janitorial tasks efficiently, including waste removal and restocking cleaning supplies
- Assist with deep cleaning projects like carpet shampooing or window washing as needed
- Report maintenance issues or damages to management promptly to ensure guest safety and comfort
<Qualifications>
- Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping preferred
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning equipment
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality service
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork
- Previous hospitality or janitorial experience is a plus, especially in hotel settings or industrial cleaning environments
- Experience in housekeeping management is desirable but not required
