Job Description:
As a Customer Service and Sales Representative (CSSR), you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, providing top-tier customer service, processing sales orders, and supporting our sales efforts. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in using phone and digital technologies, and the ability to quickly learn and understand our products, systems, and partners. At Fi-Foil, we lead the industry in Service, Integrity, and Innovation. The CSSR plays a crucial role in maintaining these values by projecting a professional image, working collaboratively across operations, sales, and accounting, and serving as a key point of contact within the organization.
Position Responsibilities, but not limited to:
· Process customer orders from order placement through invoicing which may include obtaining or revising purchase orders, signed quotes, or eCommerce orders; obtaining freight quotes, credit card processing, and other aspects to ensure orders are successfully fulfilled and accurate.
· Utilize CRM software as the primary means of daily scheduling and recording interactions with and on behalf of customers, while updating the CRM with accurate and current information.
· Build constructive and collaborative relationships with mutual respect across departments within the Fi-Foil Team, including Operations, the Sales team and Accounting.
· Communicate important feedback from customers to internal team on a timely basis.
· Become thoroughly knowledgeable of Fi-Foil’s products and services, value propositions, and advantages.
· Recommend process improvements to increase company efficiency and effectiveness.
· Cultivate and manage relationships with customers.
· Encouraged to provide creative ideas and suggestions to improve internal processes and for marketing products and services.
Skills and Qualifications include, but not limited to:
· Strong ability to prioritize competing responsibilities and communicate effectively.
· Must be very accurate in your work and detail oriented.
· Excellent time management and organization skills required to be successful.
· Open to learning, coaching and personal growth.
· Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel, must have QuickBooks knowledge and able to use a computer and the internet.
· High school or trade school diploma, or equivalent is mandatory.
· Associate degree in business, marketing, construction management, or related field preferred.
· 2+ years of customer service in construction or building material sales preferred.
· Professional appearance and demeanor.
