Responsibilities:
- Perform night audit duties, including reviewing and balancing daily financial transactions
- Ensure accuracy of guest accounts and resolve any discrepancies
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the overnight shift
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing any inquiries or concerns
- Assist with guest requests, such as room service or additional amenities
- Maintain a clean and organised front office area, Clean and restock coffee station.
- Assist preparing breakfast for guest
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Follow hotel policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of guests
Requirements:
- Stay awake throughout the night
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Strong phone etiquette and excellent guest service skills
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit procedures
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle financial transactions accurately
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during overnight shifts
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
