We are seeking a Vice President of Marketing reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer who will scale the marketing function of a $250M+ SaaS organization through its next phase of growth. They will help build and lead a modern, data-driven marketing engine that accelerates pipeline creation, improves lead quality, increases conversion across the buyer journey, and supports expansion across a multi-product SaaS portfolio.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong bias for action, a collaborative mindset, and a contagious will to win. This leader should be energized by complexity, comfortable operating in a high-demand environment, and motivated by the opportunity to strengthen team effectiveness and operating discipline.
Working in close partnership with the CRO, this leader will build and execute data-driven demand generation strategies, improve marketing’s contribution to ARR growth, and establish a rigorous operating cadence with clear KPIs tied to revenue outcomes.
They will be an experienced people leader who brings clarity, focus, and positive energy to the team. They know how to set direction, create alignment, and build an environment where employees understand the priorities and feel motivated by the work.
