Job Overview
Join our team at Lemon Lab! We're looking for a reliable, friendly team member to help create fresh-squeezed lemonade and provide an exceptional experience for our customers at the farmers market.
Pay
- Starting pay is $15/hr
- Employees also split tips, providing additional earnings each shift
Responsibilities
- Press fresh lemons and prepare lemonade throughout the day
- Make drinks accurately and efficiently during busy rushes
- Greet customers and provide friendly, upbeat customer service
- Keep the booth clean, organized, and well stocked
- Assist with setup and cleanup of the market booth
What We're Looking For
- Reliability and dependability are a must
- Friendly with strong people skills and a positive attitude
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a willingness to learn
Qualifications
- No previous experience required, we're happy to train the right person!
- Food service or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- A Food Handler Permit is required after hire (we'll provide information on how to obtain one)
Schedule
- Every Saturday (morning through afternoon)
- Year-round, except January when the farmers market is closed
