The Stirling Club is seeking polished, professional, and hospitality-driven Concierge team members to provide an exceptional first impression for our private club members and guests.

Responsibilities
- Greet members and guests with warmth and professionalism
- Check members and guests into the club
- Answer phones and assist with reservations and member requests
- Schedule fitness, spa, and club services
- Provide club information and assist with events
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming Concierge area
- Deliver five-star customer service while working closely with all club departments
Experience
- 2+ years of customer service, hospitality, concierge, hotel, country club, or luxury retail experience preferred
- Professional appearance and excellent personal grooming required
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with a genuine passion for helping others
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
