Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor, providing excellent customer service throughout their stay.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while ensuring accurate billing and payment handling.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to provide guests with relevant information.
- Operate multi-line phone systems to manage incoming calls and assist guests with reservations or inquiries.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest services and address any issues that may arise during their stay.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel front desk operations is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in person and over the phone.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guest needs.
- Familiarity with hospitality principles, guest relations, and night audit processes is advantageous.
- Proficient in using multi-line phone systems and basic computer software for reservations and guest management.
- A positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment are essential.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
