Kingston 5 Jamaican Fusion Kitchen is growing, and we're looking for dependable, high-energy team members who can help us take the business to the next level.
This is not a position for someone looking to do the bare minimum. We are building a strong team of people who take pride in their work, move with urgency, and understand the importance of consistency and accountability.
Responsibilities:
- Opening and preparing the food pod for service
- Closing and preparing the food pod for the next day
- Food preparation and service execution
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the shift
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Stocking, inventory organization, and operational support
- Following systems, checklists, and company standards
- Supporting the team during busy lunch and dinner rushes
Requirements:
- Must be available for both opening and closing shifts
- Must be available evenings and weekends
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong work ethic and sense of urgency
- Dependable and punctual
