What You’ll Do:
- Conduct outbound calls to warm leads and prospective clients to introduce life insurance solutions
- Meet with clients virtually (Zoom) or at our office in Pleasanton, CA.
- Analyze client information to recommend appropriate life insurance products
- Follow up with prospects and clients to guide them through the application process
- Maintain accurate client records and complete required sales documentation
- Assist with marketing and outreach initiatives to grow your client base
- Provide professional, empathetic customer service and ongoing support
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and all applicable insurance regulations
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with people by phone, in person and video
- Coachable, self-motivated, and willing to learn
- Professional, reliable, and customer-focused
- Bilingual skills are a plus but not required
- No prior insurance or sales experience required
Training & Support:
- Step-by-step training (insurance basics, sales skills, systems, and compliance)
- Ongoing mentorship and coaching
- Licensing guidance for the state of CA.
- Remote systems and tools provided
Work Schedule & Location:
- 90% remote / work from home
- Flexible hours (part-time or full-time based on your availability)
- Ideal for parents managing childcare, school schedules, or household responsibilities
Compensation:
- Commission-based pay (1099 independent contractor role)
- Paid directly by insurance carriers after appointment
- Income is performance-based; no income cap
- No base salary, hourly wage, or employee benefits
Licensing & Compliance (Important):
- This is a self-employed, independent contractor position, not an employee role
- Candidates must obtain and maintain a valid Life Insurance Producer License in their resident state prior to selling
