We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service while executing responsibilities with high accuracy and consistency.
This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency with office management tools, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced, system-driven environment. Experience with medical or dental reception, bookkeeping, and administrative support is highly desirable.

Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner
- Manage multi-line phone systems and direct calls appropriately
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and office systems
- Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading with a high level of accuracy
- Execute established office systems and workflows without deviation
- Assist with office management tasks such as organizing supplies and maintaining cleanliness
- Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries promptly and effectively
- Perform clerical duties including typing, faxing, copying, and maintaining records
- Manage correspondence via email and phone with professional communication standards
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed, including personal assistant tasks
Experience
- Prior office experience in administrative or clerical roles preferred
- Experience working as a receptionist in medical or dental offices is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and office management software such as QuickBooks is desirable
- Bilingual skills are highly valued to assist diverse client needs
- Strong organizational skills with consistent attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining accuracy
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles is beneficial
