What You'll Do
- Assist the General Manager in leading daily restaurant operations
- Coach, develop, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding performance
- Drive operational excellence in Speed of Service, food quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction
- Help manage labor, food cost, inventory, and overall restaurant profitability
- Lead shifts with confidence while maintaining Wingstop brand standards
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and company policies
- Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training of new team members
- Resolve guest concerns professionally while creating memorable hospitality experiences
- Step in to lead the restaurant in the General Manager's absence
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a high-volume, quick-service or fast-casual environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on accountability and execution
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and developing future leaders
