You Are:
- A licensed mental health professional (LSCSW, LCPC, LCMFT, or equivalent)
- Experienced in working with individuals, families, and groups
- Committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care
- Able to provide services in-person or via telehealth
- Passionate about helping others heal, grow, and thrive
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and adhere to HIPAA regulations..
- Conduct patient evaluations and follow-up assessments to monitor progress.
