Job Summary
Our infant director is responsible for managing the daily operations of a small child care facility caring for 10-12 infants-toddlers. The working director will ensure the safety and well-being of the children ages 6 weeks-18 months. They oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, manage staff, liaise with parents, and maintain regulatory state compliance.
The Infant Director is available to work 30 hours per week, Monday-Friday working along with the staff with the children. Four day work week can be considered.
The Infant Director plays a pivotal role cooperating with our Main Center Director in overseeing the daily operations of our educational facility, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.
- Must have CDA or Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in early child care or education.
- Must have all CPR and First Aid certifications.
- Experience working with children in a teaching position or administering child care preferred.
- Must pass a background check.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
