Job Summary
Bill’s Market is looking for a dependable and motivated 2nd Shift Supervisor to lead afternoon and evening operations from 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM. This role is responsible for ensuring a smooth shift, supporting the team during busy evening hours, and closing the store safely and efficiently.

Supervise and support team members during afternoon and evening shifts

Ensure excellent customer service during peak after-work and evening hours

Assist with shift scheduling and daily task delegation

Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized store throughout the shift

Oversee hot food and beverage areas to ensure quality and availability

Handle customer questions, concerns, and complaints professionally

Monitor cash handling, register accuracy, and prevent shortages
-
Restock merchandise and ensure displays are properly faced and priced

Support inventory control and communicate low stock or ordering needs

Execute promotions, signage, and evening merchandising tasks

Follow and enforce all company policies and safety procedures

Complete shift reports and communicate updates to management

Perform closing procedures, including cash reconciliation, cleaning, and securing the store

Availability to work 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM shifts, including weekends as needed

Previous retail, convenience store, or supervisory experience preferred

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Dependable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused

Willingness to be hands-on and assist with cashier duties

Experience in grocery, hot food service, or convenience store operations

Cash handling and inventory experience
