Ultimate Therapy is hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation department within a skilled nursing facility. We are seeking a therapist who enjoys helping residents regain independence, improve functional abilities, and return to meaningful daily routines through individualized care plans.
What You'll Do:

Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and establish resident-centered treatment plans

Provide therapy focused on daily living activities, cognitive skills, upper extremity function, and adaptive techniques

Recommend equipment and environmental modifications to improve safety and independence

Work closely with rehab staff, nursing, physicians, and families to coordinate care

Monitor resident outcomes and maintain accurate documentation

Qualifications:

Active Occupational Therapist license required
