PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Analyst to support quality assurance and testing activities within a highly regulated aerospace environment. In this role, you'll play a critical part in ensuring products meet stringent quality, safety, and regulatory standards before they reach customers.
This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about quality systems, laboratory testing, compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Evaluate raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Perform quality control assays, inspections, and testing activities.
- Assist in validating quality control methods and procedures.
- Develop, revise, and maintain quality specifications and documentation.
- Write and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure accurate documentation of testing results and quality records.
- Assist in identifying and resolving quality-related issues.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on product quality and compliance.
- Work closely with quality, manufacturing, and engineering teams to maintain product integrity.
- Ensure compliance with established quality systems and FAA-regulated requirements.
- Follow documented procedures and established testing protocols.
- Support audits, inspections, and quality reviews as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific, technical, engineering, or related field (preferred)
- 0–2 years of experience in quality control, laboratory testing, manufacturing, or a related area
- Basic understanding of quality assurance principles and testing methodologies
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Ability to follow established procedures and guidelines
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, laboratory, or regulated environments
- Familiarity with quality systems and standard operating procedures
- Experience performing inspections, testing, or data analysis
- Knowledge of quality standards and compliance requirements

Pay Details: $27.00 per hour
