Responsibilities
- Build upon the trusted relationships you've already established.
- Help clients purchase homes, refinance existing mortgages, and finance investment properties.
- Learn how to assist investors with commercial real estate financing.
- Learn how to help business owners obtain SBA financing and business acquisition loans.
- Consult with clients to understand their financing goals and recommend appropriate lending solutions.
- Work alongside experienced mentors, processors, and underwriters throughout each transaction.
- Build a long-term referral-based business through exceptional service and lasting client relationships.
- Follow all company policies and applicable mortgage lending regulations.
Qualifications
We're looking for professionals who already know how to build relationships—not necessarily mortgage experience.
Ideal backgrounds include:

- Professionals with an established client base or referral network
Mortgage experience is not required.
We're looking for professionals with integrity, excellent communication skills, a consultative approach to helping clients, and a genuine desire to continue learning.
Candidates who are not currently licensed must be willing to complete the required mortgage licensing process before originating loans.
