Tube Bender/Production Worker
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Production Worker to join our growing team in the tube bending/forming industry. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for bending, forming, cutting, deburring, and fabricating metal tubes and components to precise specifications, ensuring high-quality production standards. You will operate various machinery and tools to contribute to the efficient manufacturing of metal products. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop technical skills in machining and fabrication while working in a fast-paced environment dedicated to excellence. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and takes pride in producing high-quality work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate production equipment and machinery: tube benders, saws, mills, drill press, NC machines, manual tools, and electric tools to produce components according to blueprints and technical drawings.
- Use calipers, micrometers, height gauges, optical comparator, and other quality inspection tools to verify dimensions and ensure parts meet strict quality standards.
- Learn, understand, and follow our Quality Management System
- Follow work instructions and quality standards
- Package and ship parts/products
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with material handling and shop support tasks
- Work safely and efficiently as part of a team
- In-house training and shadowing is required
Qualifications:
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred, but willing to train the right person
- Knowledge of mechanical systems, machining processes, blueprint reading, and fabrication techniques is essential.
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Good attention to detail and quality
- Basic mathematics: calculator use to convert meters to inches, converting fractions to decimals, using pi in calculations
- Ability to read measuring equipment

Schedule: Full-time 7:30am-4pm
Location: Dublin, CA
Pay: $19.00/hour (or higher depending on experience in industry)
