OYUNA HOSPICE IS HIRING! Oyuna is a fast-growing and locally owned organization with an excellent reputation throughout the central valley. We are constantly growing and now seeking a part time or full time LICENSED VOCATIONAL NURSE (LVN) to join our team.
As a member of the Interdisciplinary Team the Hospice LVN is an experienced nurse who provides skilled end of life care in the community setting. The Hospice LVN is responsible for promoting the Hospice philosophy. This individual facilitates the development of a collaborative interdisciplinary plan and ensures the overall coordination, collaboration and medical management of hospice services for patients and their significant others .
The current hours available for this position are:
Saturday 830pm to 830am
Sunday 830pm to 830am
QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS
- At least 12 months of LVN experience preferred
- Completion of a professional accredited nursing program
- Current LVN License,
- Current CPR (Healthcare Provider)
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a willingness to use personal vehicle at times in the course of employment.
- Automobile insurance, proof of current auto registration and acceptable driving record (no more than 3 points within a 36-month period).
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (i.e., Push, Pull, Lift/Carry 35 lbs.)
