We are currently looking for dependable, motivated, and driven individuals to join our growing repossession team as Spotter Drivers!
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys driving, working independently, and being out in the field. No repossession experience? No problem — we provide paid training and the tools you need to succeed!
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
As a Spotter Driver, you’ll operate a company-provided vehicle along established routes while using company equipment and technology to locate vehicles assigned for repossession.
When you locate a vehicle, you’ll notify our tow truck team, accurately document the sighting, and keep moving on your route. Your job is to stay active, thoroughly work assigned neighborhoods and parking areas, and help keep our recovery team moving!
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Valid driver’s license
- Working cell phone
- Reliable transportation to and from the office
- Dependable and punctual
- Comfortable working independently
- Detail-oriented and observant
- Able to stay focused in a fast-paced environment

PAY:
Starting at $15.00 per hour
SCHEDULE & ATTENDANCE
Reliability is extremely important to our operation. We’re looking for people who show up, work hard, and can be counted on by their team. Regular attendance and punctuality are required, and documentation may be required for absences.
