Position Overview
· Full-time, 40 hours per week
· Field-based role (job sites in South Florida)
· Reports to the Operations Manager
· Work hard, be safe, and have fun
Key Responsibilities
· Oversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities from foundation to roof, in accordance with project blueprints and specifications
· Coordinate daily with GCs, vendors, and site manpower
· Plan and coordinate with the Area and/or Labor Manager for all daily activities according to the work schedule
· Prepare daily reports, including daily photos of work in progress
· Plan and monitor all work activities and provide 2-week look-ahead schedules
· Perform quality control and safety checks; enforce all project safety standards and maintain a clean, safe work environment
· Coordinate jobsite mobilization and demobilization
· Review drawings and project specifications; submit RFIs for review
· Operate equipment such as lull, excavator, bobcat, and man lift
· Provide on-site direction and resolve field issues as they arise
· Collaborate and communicate effectively with all project stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Minimum 3 years' experience in shell construction
· Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
· Computer proficiency (email, daily reporting, scheduling)
· Ability to complete tasks, meet expectations, collaborate, and problem-solve
· Ability to make decisions and lead teams on-site
· Valid driver's license
Preferred Experience
· Experience with South Florida building codes and inspection processes
· OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training
· Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Education
· No formal degree required; strong work ethic and relevant experience are most important
