About the Position
As a Front Desk Client Care Specialist, you are the first and last impression of Perrysburg Pet Lodge & Spa. You will coordinate client communication, pet check-ins and check-outs, scheduling, and communication between departments while ensuring every client feels confident leaving their pet in our care.
What You'll Do
- Welcome every client and pet with warmth and professionalism.
- Check pets in and out for daycare, boarding, grooming, and spa services.
- Schedule appointments and answer incoming phone calls.
- Process payments and maintain accurate client accounts.
- Escort daycare dogs safely to their assigned daycare group.
- Coordinate communication between Front Desk, Daycare, Boarding, Grooming, and Management.
- Retrieve pets for client pick-up and verify they are released to the correct owner.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- Check and return voicemails as directed.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Support the team by staying proactive and helping wherever needed.

- Friendly, outgoing, and enjoys working with people.
- Must be 18
- Previous Professional experience working in the pet care industry.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Calm under pressure and able to multitask.
- Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated.
- A strong communicator.
- Positive, coachable, and team-oriented.
- Comfortable working around dogs of all breeds and sizes.
- Passionate about exceptional customer service.Qualifications
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Reception or administrative experience is a plus.
- Previous pet care experience is helpful but not required.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
- Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
