About the Work
Four Eleven, LLC is a Houston-based property preservation and landscaping management company. We coordinate subcontractor crews to service bank-owned/REO properties across the greater Houston metro area on behalf of major property preservation clients. We're actively expanding our subcontractor base and looking for reliable, equipped crews ready to take on regular work order volume.
What You'll Do
- Perform lawn maintenance (mowing, edging, trimming) and debris removal at assigned properties
- Complete work orders within specified deadlines
- Document all completed work with required photos (all four sides of property, before/during/after, geotagged)
- Communicate proactively with your Four Eleven coordinator on scheduling, delays, or issues
Requirements
- Own reliable equipment (mower, trimmer, blower, truck/trailer)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Smartphone capable of geotagged photo documentation
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
- Willingness to carry insurance (or obtain it)
- Coverage availability in one or more of: Harris, Brazoria, Galveston, Fort Bend, Chambers, or Liberty County
Pay & Policies
- Competitive per-property pay based on scope of work, paid via direct deposit
- No photos, no payment: full photo documentation is required for every completed work order, no exceptions
