Little Spurs Autism Centers provides a paid training pathway to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). This entry-level opportunity is designed for individuals passionate about working with children and interested in beginning a career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.
- Pay during 30-day training period: $16.00/hour
- Upon successful completion of RBT certification: increase to $18.00/hour
- Little Spurs covers all costs associated with training and certification

The Role
As a Behavior Technician Trainee, you will complete our extensive paid training program and work toward becoming a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Once certified, you will work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism using play-based ABA therapy.
You will:
- Provide play-based ABA therapy on a 1:1 basis
- Help children build communication, social, and independent living skills
- Support reduction of challenging behaviors through evidence-based interventions
- Work closely with supportive and encouraging team members
- Utilize a company-provided iPad for data collection and session documentation
- Work under the supervision and support of a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)
- Participate in ongoing learning, supervision, and mentorship opportunities
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Passion for working with children and supporting individuals with autism
- Desire to learn and grow professionally within the ABA field
- Compassionate, energetic, and positive attitude
- Must pass criminal background check
- American Heart Association BLS certification required prior to start date
- Eager and excited to learn new skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
