Fast-growing road construction company seeking to fill multiple positions!
Currently seeking candidates to join our asphalt crews. Work schedules include days, weekends, and sometimes nights so must have flexibility with scheduling. Reading/deciphering blueprints and/or site plans is always a plus! You will have knowledge of paving equipment, demonstrate your ability to problem solve, be dependable to show up on time and ready to work! We offer paid travel to and from job sites daily, weekly paychecks, as well as opportunity for advancement.
Wage - $25.00 - $40.00 per hour, D.O.E.
Responsibilities may include:
- Working under Foreman with crew, you will operate the necessary equipment and use required hand tools to complete the project in a safe and efficient manner
- Follow all safety guidelines per company policies and OSHA guidelines
- Equipment Used (varies):
- Paver
- Roller
- Skid Steer
- Screed
- Topside
- Shovel
- Rake
- Excavator
- Performing other job-related tasks as instructed
Qualifications:
- Must have valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Required to pass pre-employment drug test
- Experience reading and deciphering site plans / blueprints
- Enjoys working outside in the elements
- Able to effectively communicate and work well with others, problem solving
- Flexibility and dependability, in regard to scheduling
- Ability to lift/carry up to 50lbsBenefits:
