Key Responsibilities:
- Build meaningful relationships with your client
-
Provide companionship and support
-
Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, toileting, dressing, meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, and medication reminders

Ensure safety and supervision of your client
-
For drivers, be willing to drive and accompany clients to doctor appointments, grocery shopping, and other errands
Candidate Requirements:
- MUST have an active New Jersey HHA Certification

Two (2) valid forms of ID
-
PPD (within 12 months), QuantiFERON Gold (within 12 months), or Chest X-ray
-
MUST be able to pass a criminal background check

For drivers: Valid Drivers License, a reliable vehicle, proof of registration & auto insurance

Must be reliable, compassionate, flexible, and a team player
-
1+ year of prior experience as a Home Health Aide preferred, but not required
