Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Assist students in developing fine motor, sensory, self-care, and functional skills
- Implement individualized treatment plans and therapy activities
- Document student progress and maintain accurate therapy records
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and the multidisciplinary team
Requirements
- Associate's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Active State Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA/COTA) License
- NBCOT Certification (COTA)
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
