The Sales Representative is responsible for developing new business opportunities and growing existing customer relationships within the printing, publishing, and manufacturing markets. This role focuses on business development, consultative selling, account management, and revenue growth within the assigned territory.
The successful candidate will be a self-motivated sales professional capable of identifying opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and effectively communicating the value of the companies products and services.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory growth strategies to generate new business opportunities
- Prospect and identify potential customers within the assigned market
- Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and business development activities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Collaborate with estimating, customer service, and production teams to develop customer solutions
- Present products, services, and manufacturing capabilities to prospective clients
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and sales activity
- Meet or exceed established sales goals and performance objectives
- Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to management
- Support customers throughout the sales cycle and ensure a positive customer experience
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of business-to-business sales experience
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/contact management systems
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within printing, publishing, packaging, or manufacturing industries
- Experience with consultative or solution-based selling
- Associate or bachelor's degree

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
