HVAC Apprentice (Install – 6 Months to 2 Years Experience Preferred)
Premier Heating & Air is currently hiring for a full-time HVAC Apprentice to support our install crews.
We work on custom residential homes, commercial buildings, and multi-family projects throughout Park City, Salt Lake, Utah County, and Ogden areas.
Pay:
$18.00 – $25.00 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule:
4 days per week (10-hour shifts)
Start time: 7:00 AM
Position Overview:
This position supports our install team on rough, gas, and finish work. We are looking for someone with some hands-on experience (6 months to 2 years) who is ready to continue learning and growing in the HVAC trade.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with HVAC installs (rough, gas, and finish)
- Help with material handling and job site setup
- Follow direction from lead installers
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Support daily install tasks
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- 6 months – 2 years of HVAC or construction experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and active job sites
- Basic communication skills
