SCHEDULE IS FULLY ONSITE 5 DAYS A WEEK IN DOWNTOWN HOUSTON
Insight Global is seeking a Senior Title Analyst to join the Land Administration team at a leading Upstream Oil & Gas company in downtown Houston. This role supports leasing, operations, and production objectives across domestic division offices by fielding land and royalty related owner inquires. They will be communicate with owners regarding calculation of net revenue interest, joint interest billing concerns, explanation of title requirements, interest conveyances, probate/heirship requirements, the voiding and reissue of rental/royalty checks, and the handling of suspended/escheatable funds.
Requirements
3-12 years of experience analyzing leases and contracts, title opinions, deeds, assignments, probate, and various title curative documents for the purpose of chaining or maintaining interest ownership records
High School Degree
Nice-to-Have Experience
Prior experience as a landman
Tobin Land Suite (TLS) / P2
Bachelor's Degree
Pay: $37.99 - $75.00 per hour
