We’re hiring an energetic, service-focused Assistant Manager to help lead operations at our Las Vegas Dispensary. What You’ll Do
- Support the Store Manager in running daily and overnight shifts in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
- Lead your team with positivity, professionalism, and clear direction
- Provide top-tier service to guests from all walks of life — tourists, locals, first-timers, and regulars
- Ensure your team follows all Nevada Cannabis Compliance Board (CCB) regulations and store SOPs
- Manage guest flow, staffing adjustments, and promotional execution
- Step in to coach team members, resolve guest concerns, and keep the energy high
- Assist with onboarding, training, and performance support
- Support inventory and POS accuracy, including nightly reconciliations
- Act as MOD (Manager on Duty) during assigned shifts, including overnight rotations
- Maintain store appearance, organization, and security during all hours of operation
What You’ll Bring
- Must be 21+ and meet all Nevada cannabis employment eligibility requirements
- 1–2 years of leadership experience in cannabis, retail, hospitality, or nightlife settings
- Familiarity with CCB regulations and cannabis POS systems (e.g., Dutchie, Leaflogix, Flowhub)
- Strong communication skills and a calm, clear leadership presence
- A flexible schedule — you’re comfortable working weekends and holidays
- Passion for guest service, especially in high-volume or fast-turn environments
- Ability to stay organized and keep your team focused during busy or unpredictable shifts
