Macedonia Family & Community Enrichment Center (FACE) is seeking an accomplished nonprofit leader to serve as our next Director of Programs & Impact. This is an exceptional opportunity for a strategic, analytical, and mission-driven professional to lead a diverse portfolio of community-based programs while helping shape the future direction of a growing organization.
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the Director of Programs & Impact serves as the organization's senior program executive and a key member of the leadership team. This role oversees all program operations, provides strategic leadership to multiple program areas, ensures responsible stewardship of program budgets and grant funding, and uses data to measure organizational impact and guide decision-making.

The successful candidate will be comfortable analyzing complex information, managing multiple priorities, developing sustainable programs, and collaborating with funders, community partners, and organizational leadership.
What You'll Do
As Director of Programs & Impact, you will:
- Provide executive leadership for all organizational programs, ensuring operational excellence, quality service delivery, and measurable outcomes.
- Lead, coach, and develop program managers while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Develop, manage, and monitor program budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility and compliance with grant and funding requirements.
- Analyze program performance, financial results, and outcome data to identify opportunities for growth, operational improvements, and greater community impact.
- Partner with the CEO and executive leadership team on organizational planning, strategic initiatives, and long-term sustainability.
- Build and strengthen relationships with community organizations, government agencies, funders, and other key stakeholders.
- Support grant development efforts by contributing program expertise, measurable outcomes, budgets, and impact data.
- Present program performance and organizational impact to executive leadership, funders, and the Board of Directors.
- Champion innovation by identifying opportunities to expand services, improve efficiencies, and better meet evolving community needs.

You understand how strong programs, sound financial management, and measurable outcomes work together to strengthen an organization's long-term success. The position may be hybrid but requires flexibility to attend mandatory meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, business administration, public administration, social services, public health, human services, or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and progressively responsible professional experience.
- Minimum of seven (7) years of progressively responsible leadership experience in a nonprofit organization, including oversight of multiple programs or departments.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex program operations, budgets, staff, and organizational initiatives.
- Significant experience managing grant-funded programs and working within nonprofit funding, reporting, and compliance requirements.
- Experience developing, monitoring, and analyzing departmental or organizational budgets.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret financial, operational, and program performance data to support sound business decisions.
- Experience using performance metrics and outcome data to evaluate program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated success building collaborative relationships with community partners, funders, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, project management, and communication skills.

Additional Requirements
- Successful completion of Act 33, Act 34, and FBI clearances.
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with acceptable driving record, current vehicle registration, and insurance.
