We are seeking a Technical Project Lead to join our growing team in support of our federal program.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and contribute to impactful, mission-critical initiatives.
The successful candidate will use their enthusiasm and strong project management skills to assist the Program Manager on the following:

Lead stakeholder engagement activities, including workshops, interviews, and working sessions with program offices, to define business problems, elicit needs, and establish clear success criteria.

Develop strategic roadmaps to guide the adoption of AI-driven capabilities, ensuring measurable outcomes and business value.

Conduct working sessions with the program offices to translate complex, ambiguous business needs into clear, actionable, and measurable requirements.

Ensure requirements traceability to strategic objectives and measurable business outcomes.

Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI use cases based on business impact, feasibility, and data readiness.
-
Lead cross-functional workshops to align problem definition, priorities, and success metrics.

Analyze, refine, and document complex system user requirements including functional objectives of system, data sources and availability, including cross-system integration requirements.

Facilitate collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure shared understanding of priorities, solution approaches, dependencies, risks, and implementation objectives.

Own initiatives from problem definition through delivery and outcomes realization and ensure continuity across requirements, development, and implementation phases.

Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.

Define and track success metrics tied to business outcomes (not just delivery milestones).

Responsible for project risk management and escalation.

Ensure adherence to best practices, quality standards and reviews of project deliverables.

Provide technical and analytical guidance to multiple, simultaneous project teams.

Recommend and take action to solve problems.

Provide support and expertise in the assigned domain.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.

Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and quality standards.

Support continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.

Special projects as needed.

Experience working in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall project environments.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Strong planning, organization, and project coordination capabilities.

15+ years of relevant business analysis and project management experience with a federal customer.
-
Experience with Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Power BI, and Microsoft 365 applications.

Experience in managing or leading federal IT projects preferred.

Experience supporting multiple projects.
-
Experience working with enterprise security and cloud frameworks.
-
Proven ability to work in fast-paced, client-focused environments.
Experience supporting federal programs preferred.

Position requires BS/BA degree in a STEM discipline with 15+ years of experience.

PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe, or CBAP certification preferred.

Full-Time, Salaried (Exempt)

The likely salary range or Hourly rate for this position is $110,000 - $135,000.
Salary range reflects our commitment to pay equity and transparency. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, certifications, labor qualifications, geographic location and contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
