By leveraging cutting-edge technology and building a team of experienced mental health professionals, we are committed to breaking down barriers and ensuring that women have the resources and mental health services available to support their mental and physical wellness.Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify mental health needs, focusing on women's unique experiences and challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group therapy to women dealing with a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
- Offer support and counseling for issues related to reproductive health, maternal mental health, and women's life stages.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and medical professionals, to ensure holistic and coordinated care for clients.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay informed about best practices and emerging trends in women's mental health.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
- Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
- Specialization or experience in women's mental health, reproductive health, or related areas.
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
