Duties

- Oversee the creation of engaging content across platforms using copywriting skills and content marketing best practices to attract and retain target audiences.
- Implement marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns, nurture leads, and optimize customer journeys through email marketing, demand generation marketing, and web analytics reporting.
- Manage advertising sales initiatives by designing compelling social media advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Advertising and Google AdWords.
- Utilize web analytics tools like Google Analytics to monitor campaign performance, generate reports, and inform data-driven decision making for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with product management teams to support e-commerce initiatives using WordPress, HTML, and digital marketing techniques to enhance online sales channels.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing marketing, advertising or public relations teams within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong expertise in SEO, social media marketing, performance marketing, and digital advertising strategies.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite for content creation and campaign design.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Marketo.
- Knowledge of web analytics tools including Google Analytics for reporting insights.
- Familiarity with B2B marketing principles, demand generation strategies, and e-commerce platforms.
- Ability to develop compelling content through copywriting and research while maintaining brand voice consistency.
- Technical skills in HTML, WordPress management, Facebook Advertising campaigns, Google AdWords, and print advertising are highly desirable.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously within budget constraints.
