Bilingual Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) for STRIDE Community Health Center in Aurora, Colorado.
POSITION OVERVIEW
- Provide outpatient behavioral health services within an integrated primary care setting
- Complete psychosocial assessments, diagnoses, treatment planning, and individual counseling
- Deliver compassionate behavioral healthcare to a diverse and underserved patient population
- Collaborate with physicians, behavioral health providers, and interdisciplinary care teams
- Practice in a mission-driven community health center with established clinical workflows and administrative support
COMPENSATION
- $72,000-$82,000 Annual Salary
- Student Loan Repayment Eligibility up to $50,000
- Relocation Assistance Available
SCHEDULE
- Monday-Friday
- 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
- No Nights
- No Weekends
- No On-Call Responsibilities

Requirements:
- Active Colorado Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) License REQUIRED
- Bilingual Language Skills REQUIRED
- Experience Providing Outpatient Behavioral Health Services Preferred
- Strong Psychosocial Assessment and Treatment Planning Skills
- Passion for Serving Diverse and Underserved Populations
- Excellent Communication and Interdisciplinary Teamwork Skills
