Position Overview:
The Operations Coordinator supports the Corporate Operations and Senior Field Leadership Teams across multiple disciplines. The primary responsibility of this role is to compile, analyze, and communicate operational data to drive field compliance, identify areas of opportunity, and improve operational efficiencies across the organization.
This position serves as a key resource for the Regional Director team by providing actionable insights, exception-based reporting, and project coordination support that enables leaders to focus on performance improvement and execution. Additionally, the Operations Coordinator oversees routine operational programs and assists with the implementation of new initiatives, processes, and cross-functional projects.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and compile field data to support the Regional Directors in identifying areas of opportunity.
- Maintain and deliver exception-based reports to the field and key members of management.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to Regional Directors.
- Provide daily oversight of field and store-related programs, including vending and contract labor.
- Learn operational systems, processes, and best practices to develop a comprehensive understanding of the business.
- Partner with cross-functional departments to gather feedback, resolve issues, and ensure successful project completion.
- Assist with other operational priorities, special projects, and administrative support as needed.
Requirements:
- High School diploma required. Associate’s or bachelor’s degree a plus.
- Retail and/or Operations experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Good time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
- Project management, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills, a plus.
